Meet the farmers

In its earliest days, Three Creeks Farm + Forest operated on plots of land loaned out by friendly neighbors around mid-Missouri. As their operation grew, farmers Emily Wright and Paul Weber searched for their own place to flourish.

In 2020, they purchased an idyllic spot tucked back in the Missouri River Hills west of Ashland, Mo. Emily and Paul pursue a shared vision on their farm: to grow healthy foods without the use of synthetic pesticides or fertilizers, to support their local community, and to provide farm workers with livable wages.

 

Three Creeks harvests a wide variety of vegetables, herbs, flowers and wild edibles. You can find their seasonal offerings on the shelves of local grocers, florists, and on your plate at restaurants like Beet Box, Cafe Berlin, Sycamore, and many others.
